A 1990 Economics graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University; Zaria, she joined Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd in 2003 with over a decade of experience having worked dedicatedly in various managerial capacities as Manager Treasury, Manager Corporate Image Development and Assistant General Manager respectively with some Financial Institutions; Starmark Finance Ltd, Sterling Trust & Investment Ltd, Blueprint Awards Co. Ltd.

Having attended several relevant and resourceful courses in advanced Management and Financial analysis both in Nigeria and internationally, she is exposed to, and has taken special interest in Business Development and Financial Management. She is a Chartered Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School.

Ola John Oluremi is a consummate Human Resource generalist, Learning and Development expert and educational administrator. He operates at both practice and regulatory levels. Ola’s primary focus covers Human Capital Development, Strategy, Leadership, Structure, Business Process Reengineering, Entrepreneurship and Education. As a versatile professional, he has been in general management for over 14 years and has vast Knowledge of working operations of various economic sectors.

Ola has worked with Chellarams Plc where he functioned as a Senior HR Officer, he also worked with Dizengoff W.A (Nigeria) Ltd as the Human Resources & Admin Manager, and Chams PLC as Head of Human Capital Development, a senior management position that gave him the opportunity to drive HRD and organisational capability roles for the company. He joined Capitalfield Investment Group Limited in 2020 as the Group Head, Human Resources for the company.

He is a graduate of Guidance & Counselling and holds a Masters Degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria.

MUYIWA FOLASIRE is an astute investment and portfolio analyst with special interest in investments banking and reporting. He has over 9 years working experience as a reporting accountant cutting across 3 sectors of the Nigerian economy; Banking, IT, and services.

He is a graduate of Accounting from The Polytechnic, Ibadan with HND in Accounting. He is an associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) with over 7 years post qualification experience. He is also a graduate member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM)-2007.

Mr. Folasire commenced his career as a reporting Accountant with B.T Technologies in 2009 and moved on to join Financial Derivatives Company as a Senior Investments & financial analyst in 2011. He joined Capitalfield Investment Group Limited in 2015 where he presently heads the Financial Control department of the Group after rising through the ranks.

Friday Oteikwu is the Acting Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of Capitalfield Investment Group Limited. He joined the Company in November 2019.

He provides advice and counsel to the Company and its Subsidiaries Board of Directors and is also responsible for ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory compliance. Prior to joining Capitalfield, he worked at the law firm of Synergy Law Partnership as Head of Practice between 2015 and 2019.

Oteikwu is a highly motivated and hardworking solicitor with experience in commercial law, civil law, corporate law and criminal litigation.

Oteikwu obtained his LLB from the prestigious University of Maiduguri. He went on to obtain his BL from the Nigerian Law School, Lagos and he was called to the Nigerian Bar as a Solicitor and Advocate in February, 2012. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association.

Manna Cowan is a seasoned and experienced Risk Manager who is a proactive, adaptable and a conscientious qualified Accountant, Fraud Examiner and a Certified Internal Control Specialist with sound knowledge of Internal Control, Process design, transformation and re-engineering to increase shareholders’ confidence.

Manna, with her more than twelve years’ experience in professional Accounting and Internal Audit role in NGO, Manufacturing and finance sector of the economy, she has technical experience in consulting, overcomes challenges through a tenacious and questioning approach – drawing on wide-ranging technical expertise.

An articulate and diplomatic communicator who is an effective team player with strong coaching skills. She consistently works to the highest professional ethical standards and thrives when working as part of a cohesive team to deliver projects that yield multiple business benefits.

She is currently the Group, Head internal control & Audit with Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd.

Abisola is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate of Accounting from Olabisi Onabanjo University, Ogun State. She has over 9 years’ cognate experience that spans across Audit, Internal Control, Risk Management & Compliance both in Financial & Audit Institutions.
