Sir Wilcox obtained his BSc Business Administration (Cum Laude) degree and MBA Finance at the University of Minnesota, USA where he won the Exxon outstanding student award in Finance. He is a seasoned technocrat, accomplished entrepreneur and financial consultant with a wealth of experience spanning over four (4) decades.

His professional career started with a brief stint as Research/Teaching Assistant with the University of Minnesota after which he joined Burroughs Corporation, Ford Motor Company, NNPC and OPEC. Sir Wilcox is an experienced Management Consultant with diverse business interests and serves as non- executive director on the board of several companies in Nigeria.

He is a knight of the order of Saint Christopher and a Justice of Peace (JP) of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

A 1990 Economics graduate of the Ahmadu Bello University; Zaria, she joined Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd in 2003 with over a decade of experience having worked dedicatedly in various managerial capacities as Manager Treasury, Manager Corporate Image Development and Assistant General Manager respectively with some Financial Institutions; Starmark Finance Ltd, Sterling Trust & Investment Ltd, Blueprint Awards Co. Ltd.

Having attended several relevant and resourceful courses in advanced Management and Financial analysis both in Nigeria and internationally, she is exposed to, and has taken special interest in Business Development and Financial Management. She is a Chartered Member of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria and an alumnus of the prestigious Lagos Business School.

A seasoned engineer and a renowned brewer, Engr. Bello’s career spans over five (5) decades with both multinational and international corporations within and outside Nigeria. A brilliant scholar, he holds an M.Sc in Brewing Science from the Birmingham, University, UK and a Higher National Diploma from the Bolton Institute of Technology, USA, after acquiring his B.Sc Degree in Electrical Engineering from Ahmadu Bello University in 1970.

Engr. Bello, at various times, had worked with the Nigerian Breweries Plc. On account of his excellent performance, he served at different senior management levels with the world class Heineken Group, Holland and later retired as the Human Resource Director of the Nigerian Breweries in 2004.

A passionate golfer and sportsman, Engr. Bello is on the Board of several international and local companies. His vast experience is of tremendous importance to the company.

Architect Adegbite has acquired over three (3) decades of professional experience in the private practice of Architecture. He has over the years, been involved in remarkable projects and has tremendous experience in various businesses.

He has vast knowledge of the Capital and Money market. He readily lends his experience and professional services in support of Capitalfield Investment Group Ltd. He is the Principal Architect of Davidson Konsult, the MD/CEO of De-Davidson Investment Limited and a Director of Misty-Kay Ventures. He is also on the Board of several other companies.

A Solicitor and Advocate of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, he holds an LLM degree from the University of Lagos, Nigeria with specialization in Secured Credit transactions and Comparative Company Law. He has had over three (3) decades of work experience in various financial institutions.

He cut his teeth in Banking at Nigerian American Merchant Bank Limited and thereafter worked at various times with Victory Merchant Bank Ltd., Industrial & General Insurance Co. Ltd, Standard Trust Bank Ltd and Asset Plus Finance Ltd where he resigned as an Executive Director. Over the years, he has acquired vast skills and experience in legal and corporate services, equipment leasing, corporate banking and credit administration.

He has attended various courses and seminars in various areas of banking, credit, Equipment leasing and Energy amongst others. He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA); the Equipment Leasing Association of Nigeria (ELAN) an Associate Member of the Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria, Fellow-Institute of Credit Administration (ICA) and the Institute of Directors (IOD). He holds an MBA degree from Business School Netherlands (BSN) and is adequately equipped for transformational leadership with various certifications CLS, BSSE, and LCOR, etc., and also an alumnus of Harvard Business School and Lagos Business School.
